The scrap iron for this piece was salvaged from the Ash Avenue Bridge that used to span the Salt River between Tempe and Phoenix. Built in the 1930's, the bridge was demolished in 1991.
Flow of Time was purchased by the City of Tempe and is in its permanent collection.
